Hi and thanks for stopping by. My name is Winny Hayes, I am a food content creator focusing on fun and delicious meals that are kid friendly. I share my kids' lunchbox videos that I pack daily along with what my family and I eat in a day.

I was born in Indonesia and raised in Atlanta, GA where I currently reside with my husband and our two boys. I am a self taught cook and my style of cooking is inspired by the Asian dishes I grew up eating.

Growing up in the South, I was introduced to soul food and the vibrant food specialties throughout the region. I have learned to appreciate, love and infuse this into my cooking.

Along with cooking, I am also passionate about fitness. I like to listen to crime podcasts and currently interested in learning more about skin care. I believe that all foods fit, some food I eat for the nutrients and some I eat for joy and  to feed my soul.
