I found a bag of frozen diced butternut squash in the freezer and decided to add them into my kids’ smoothies and I’m so glad I did. You can’t taste it but it gives it a nice texture and color.
½ cup coconut water
1 banana, frozen
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup pineapple, frozen
½ cup diced butternut squash, frozen
Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
